Biblical Lay Counseling
Life's challenges can sometimes seem impossible to overcome. CBCP has lay counselors available to meet with people dealing with personal and family life challenges. CBCP offers an appointment-based, biblical counseling ministry to adult members of CBCP. We will provide a compassionate listening ear and sound biblical advice. Counseling is available by appointment by calling 834-2021.
We are grateful to provide these services free of charge, however, donations to CBCP Pastoral Care are appreciated.
All counseling sessions are confidential. A typical appointment is completed in a 45-60 minute session. After the first meeting, the counselor may make recommendations for follow-up appointments and participation in other support ministries of CBC Potranco or Gold Canyon.
CBCP counseling is not designed to treat severe mental illness and should not be substituted for professional therapy or counseling. CBC counseling does not perform psychiatric evaluations or prescribe medicine.
